FactuLingua provides services through the following channels:

Payments and subscriptions

FactuLingua uses different payment channels depending on platform:

• Web and Desktop: payments and subscriptions are handled through Stripe.
• Android: payments and subscriptions are handled through Google Play.

We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our own servers. We may store limited billing metadata such as provider name, plan identifiers, subscription status, and transaction references where required for entitlement checks, billing history, and support.

Personal data and business data

Depending on how you use FactuLingua, we may process:

• first name, last name, and email address,
• account identifiers and password hash,
• client names and related customer records you enter,
• quotes, invoices, and related business document data,
• billing and subscription metadata from Stripe or Google Play,
• technical logs, diagnostics, and security-related data.
