Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid FactuLingua subscriptions and add-ons.
1. Platforms and payment providers
- Web and Desktop: subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
- Android: subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Google Play.
2. Plans and features
- Available plans, pricing, limits, and included features are shown in the relevant application or pricing page.
- Features and usage limits may vary by platform and subscription tier.
- Server-side limits and entitlements apply.
3. Billing and renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring billing through the applicable payment provider.
- Billing dates, renewal handling, and payment method management may also be subject to the rules of Stripe or Google Play.
4. Cancellations
- Stripe (Web/Desktop): you can cancel in your account area or customer billing area, where available.
- Google Play (Android): you can cancel through Google Play subscription management.
- Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not normally refund the current active period.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and, where relevant, the policies of the payment provider or store. Where the law gives you mandatory rights, those rights are not affected by these terms.
6. Failed or declined payments
- If payment fails or is declined, paid access may be restricted, downgraded, or suspended.
- We or the payment provider may retry payment where permitted.
7. No storage of full card details
We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on our own servers.
8. Changes to plans or prices
We may change plans, prices, or included features from time to time. Any such changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and the relevant billing platform rules.
9. Account deletion and subscriptions
Deleting your FactuLingua account does not automatically override subscription handling rules imposed by Stripe or Google Play. You should cancel the subscription through the relevant billing platform before or at the same time as deleting your account, unless the application explicitly confirms otherwise.
